Thrilled with the result I’ve worked with My Bespoke Room a few times. Most recently, Mariana redesigned our open-plan living and dining room. My brief was quite chaotic as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but she was so great at exploring options and suggesting things I’d never thought of. I absolutely love the warm, bold result, which looks wonderful whilst also working for family life. Sian was also a brilliant support on the shopping side and really went above and beyond. Liv was so lovely to work with. Having worked with Laura in the past, I knew that their service would be invaluable and I was really pleased to be paired with Liv for our bedroom project. From start to finish Liv has been thoughtful, kind and understanding about our lack of knowledge of what goes well and helping us to create a relaxing, cosy bedroom space. Within such a short space of time she has recommended lovely pieces that would work so well with the colours already in the room. She initially helped us with the colours and then we came back to her to help us finish the room off with accessories likes lamps, bed, etc that go so well. I am so glad that we chose to come back to Liv and can't thank her enough for taking the pressure off, helping us to avoid costly mistakes and creating a calming bedroom space.

My Bespoke Room provides an excellent service and this is the third time I’ve worked with them - firstly on my living room, then my spare bedroom/office and most recently our hallway which designer Hira designed really beautifully. I’ll definitely use My Bespoke room again, they’re incredibly good value and I find them to be exceptional high quality in terms of the service they provide.

Faultless This is the second time we've used my bespoke room and our experience didn't disappoint. This time we designed 5 rooms (rather than just the 1 that we did first time round) and Kerry absolutely nailed it from start to finish. She was quick, ALWAYS pulled through on her promises of timings, changed things for us and really listened to what we required, even if we weren't entirely sure ourselves. We will be back again in the future for sure!

I have used this service twice now and… I have used this service twice now and plan to come back! I have had a great experience from this company. Everything is very well thought out and the support is there from the very beginning. Customer service is spot on and quick in replying with any questions. Why i used this company in the 1st place was to help me not make expensive mistakes , which i was doing before i used this service. A big shout out to Liv, she has been amazing on both projects. I loved working with Federica I loved working with Federica — she made the whole process fun and effortless. She was genuinely excited about the project, super thoughtful, and somehow translated the fuzzy ideas I couldn’t explain into a room that feels exactly like me. She came up with clever solutions, like turning a “dead” gap into useful storage and optimising the layout so everything fits and breathes. The vibe stayed calm and beautiful the whole way through, and the final result is gorgeous — I’m so happy with it. Huge shoutout to Sian too, with purchases, samples, and organising everything. Having her support makes the whole experience stress‑free. Highly recommend Federica (and Sian!) if you want someone who cares, gets creative, and actually enjoys the work.
